PRACTICE KITS – Until the shorts and Orange Jerseys come in, can you have the girls wear black shorts and either a orange, red, white or black shirt. This helps with dividing them into groups for activities and small sided games during practice.

Hi Team,

Tomorrow is our first outdoor practice. We are at Western University. Attached are directions to the field (Alumni – follow the white arrows.)

Now that we are moving outdoors, please ensure that the girls are not wearing any jewelry (necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings), watches, Fitbit, etc.. This is a good habit to get into as we start getting into games.

Proper footwear and protective gear are also required. Soccer Cleats, soccer socks and shin pads are required.

Practice is from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm.

Looking forward to being outdoors again. The season is getting closer.

P.S. Some of the uniform items are ready and will be handed out tomorrow (Red Game Jersey, 2 pairs of White socks). We are still waiting on Orange Practice Jerseys, shorts, and white game jerseys. Hopefully, these will be ready in the next week

Hi Team,

As the outdoor season draws near, we still need 3 assistant coaches. This is a great opportunity to have some fun and have a positive impact on some awesome young ladies.

Hours: 3-4 hours a week (Wed, Sat, Sun)
Pay: laughs, smiles and giggles from 18 awesome soccer players

NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY

If we can not get enough volunteers, games and practices may have to be cancelled :(.

Ideally would like to have volunteers from both the red and white groups.

Hi Team,

For the Summer 2022 season, as mentioned at the Parents’ meeting, I will be dividing the girls into 2 groups for the games. They will be Oakridge Flames RED and Oakridge Flames WHITE. I will be updating the schedule on Teampages over the next couple of days.

• Each group will have 9 players
• For each game I will add 3 players from the group that is not playing in that game so that we have a roster of 12 players (If RED is playing, 3 players will be added from WHITE and vice versa)

The DRAFT schedule is attached.
