A few important items to review this week as we prepare for the outdoor season. Please read and action any items below.
Festivals
As we are getting ready to register for festivals this summer, we need to know who can attend so that we can plan accordingly. Please fill out the google form below to indicate whether you will be at the festivals. This will determine whether we can participate in the festivals or not. Please complete the form by Monday, April 3, 2023.
Ancaster Festival – June 3, 2023: 2-3 games on Saturday
EMDSL Festival – June 24 or 25, 2023: 2-3 games on either Saturday or Sunday

Team Fees/Sponsorships
A big thank you again to our sponsors. With their support, we can keep the team fee low.
At this time, the team fee will be $50 per player. Please e-transfer to oarkridge2012girls@gmail.com. These fees will go towards, balls, practice kits, equipment, festival fees, and field time not covered by the club. Please e-transfer this fee by no later than April 3rd.
In addition, a few parents have discussed some sort of fundraising as well. If parents can coordinate the fundraising, we can put those funds to benefit the team as well.
Schedule: April 17 to May 7th
The club will be making field time available at BMO and Western University. As soon as the times are made available, Teampages will be updated with the dates and times. It is expected that all players will attend these sessions as we prepare for the upcoming summer season.
Source for Sports Discount Card:
As we have done for so many years in the past, Source For Sports has once again extended team discount cards to all Oakridge families to support their soccer purchases (and nearly all other sporting gear) this year. Please see the attached card, save to your phone, and present it at the Cash Register to save up to 12% off regular-priced items. Some exclusions apply.
