Great effort again this week. The coaches are seeing lots of gains in how the girls are performing and are really encouraged with what we are seeing.

As a reminder, there are still a few who owe payment for the next round of Wednesday fitness sessions starting in January ($113 to oakridge2012girls@gmail.com).

And in other news, our friend and teammate, Emma Moon, has been released from care at Sick Kids in Toronto and is now at home with her family here in London.
