Fitness Sessions - Shoes & Timing

Good afternoon,

A couple of general points to share about fitness sessions going forward.

• Please bring dry, clean, indoor shoes to wear. Not only will this keep the gym clean, but it will also greatly reduce the risk to injury from slipping.

• Try to show up no more than 5 minutes early. Sooner is disruptive to the current session, and showing up later will be disruptive to our session.
