Ontario Soccer & EMSA Player Cards – Picture Needed

Some of you may have received an email with an OSA Player ID that includes your SEOS number

In addition to your OSA ID – the district requires all players on the roster to have Player Cards which I will maintain. This is a requirement each season.

Please take a picture of your daughter (Shoulder and Head only) – like a mug shot or passport photo. They can smile though :).

Please send the picture to 5198710616 or email it to oakridge2012girls@gmail.com

We will need this done ASAP so that they can be updated in time for the season.
