We are back at Hazelden this week. We also have a busy 2-3 weeks coming up with a number of games, so attendance will be important.

1. Entering Attendance – We need all attendance entered in Teampages ASAP for the remainder of the season. It is very difficult to plan for games when we don’t know who will be attending each game and practice. Please complete attendance for the remainder of the season please!

2. Team Fees – The remaining portion of the Team Fee will be $20/player. Please e-transfer to oakridge2012girls@gmail.com at your earliest convenience.

The weather has not been cooperating with us lately and it has resulted in Hazelden being closed again this week. As a result, our practices and games this week have moved again. If we are not able to get back to Hazelden next week, we look to find our own alternate location for practices.

1. Vacation Plans – As we head into vacation time over the coming weeks, please fill out the Teampages app/website if you will be away. This allows us to move players between teams to make sure we have a full roster for the games.

2. Team Fees – Now that the season is underway we have looked at the team budget. Due to the unanticipated increase in costs for practice jerseys, soccer balls, and spring gym time, the remaining portion of the Team Fee will be $20/player. We have been asked to play 2 exhibition games on Saturday, August 19th against Caboto Girls Blue (2011 girls). They are traveling from Windsor to a Festival in Stratford and were looking for a couple of games on Saturday before their festival. These will be 9 v 9 games. I am working on confirming the field location, but it will likely be Mitches Park.

Game times will be:

1:00 pm – 2:00 pm – Game 1
2:30 pm – 3:30 pm – Game 2

Please indicate your attendance in Teampages so we know how many will be able to attend. Rosters for each game will be determined once we have attendance confirmed.
